Hi I'm Sanela. And I want to share with you the safe and effective way I was able to build a rounder and lifted booty in less than 15 minutes a day.
Let me be the first to say that no... I'm not a celebrity trainer, and No... I am NOT born with good genetics.
I was born and raised in Bosnia. Life wasn't always easy growing up, as a little girl you have certain fears but mine was quite different from that of a average little girl. I was one of ten kids so we were always in some sort of turmoil. Life took another turn when the war started in 1991, my fears doubled. One thing I did notice growing up I like taking care of myself, I like feeling pretty and strong but it was very hard to express my self at that time to anyone. Most of my teenage years were during the war, my battle became that much harder fighting and battling for survival and to have rights as a woman, one thing for sure is that I NEVER GAVE UP!
My dreams came true when I got the approval to move to AMERICA, greatest day ever! Finally moved and my journey began, again new struggle but this time I was sure I was in a good place. Learning a new language and getting comfortable with the culture became my biggest passion. I started noticing how many woman in US are very confident and carried them selves beautifully, that really inspired me. I joined a gym and started my fitness journey. I took care of myself and I started to let go of the past and began seeing my results in my body but most importantly I became quite confident in ME.
As a woman I think we all like to feel sexy and feel good about our bodies, my workouts are effective as I work on my entire body but my biggest focus is my lower body. I use mostly my body weight for my strength training but I also do some low weight muscle building techniques to create that lean muscle. One day I came across yoga and that's when everything changed for me, my physical appearance as well as my internal well being. My exercises are easy and effective, I've been doing yoga for over 7 years now and that's the main reason I've been able to maintain my shape, round and firm butt as well as my muscle tone.
I feel we all should be able to look at ourselves in the mirror and be confident and happy what we see no matter what...

Aromatase is your body’s worst enemy for fighting fat and seeing any results with a diet.
